Refund policy

Workshops, event deposits, and floral purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable.  

Workshops can be rescheduled for a future date if done so up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled class time.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled class time can arrange for pick-up of workshop materials to be assembled at home. 

We understand that things come up unexpectedly, but due to the limited capacity of our workshops and inability to fill spaces on short notice, the ONLY EXCEPTION to this policy will be if we have a waitlist for the scheduled class and we are able to fill the vacancy. We will make every effort to fill the space with a waitlist participant, but please expect that cancellations within 48 hours will be unable to be rescheduled.  

Event Deposits are non-refundable.  Events needing to be cancelled/rescheduled up to 14 days prior to the scheduled event can apply their deposit to a future event of similar length.  Events cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled event will forfeit their deposit. 

Floral purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. If there is a concern with a floral arrangement please address it immediately at the time of pick-up or delivery.
